The only areas that could use some updating are the dining areas. The aisles are wider than the old casino. The ventilation in the smoking area seemed to be better than the old casino. The large separate no smoking area is fantastic. The desk receptionists were very friendly. Upon arrival we were greeting and quickly went through the process of checking in. We telephoned in our reservations and the receptionists we friendly and business like.
We were traveling to Minnesota for the weekend and Black River Falls is halfway between our origin and destination so we thought it would be fun going and returning to stay overnight at the Black River Falls Hotel.
